I'm surveying the daunting task of painting the exterior & interior of the house. Got me a power paint sprayer, supplies and priced the paint. As hard as the job looks, the difference between me doing it (less than $1,500 supplies) and the 3 bids of over $8,000 to paint inside and out, I'll have to plow ahead. I have enlisted consultation from a professional painter. So, I'm gathering info as much as possible.

Branson, MO

Spent a week at the inlaws timeshare in Branson, MO. Great location just outside of Branson. Got to celebrate Jada's 3rd Birthday and bring her to her first amusement park.

Happy Birthday Jada! Above is at the Bass Pro Shop in Branson. It's a cool pink 4 wheeler. We couldn't pass up the 10% off!!

She loved all the rides. Even had a water park, White Water, which we spent the whole day on her birthday. We rented a cabana right next to the wave pool with ceiling fan, table and chairs,  and cable TV!

We saw Dixie Stampede, Titanic Museum, "Noah" a cool play with the best stage scenery I've ever seen, Silver Dollar City, the fish hatchery (never seen so many fish in my life).

Our first time to Branson and it was nice. Good family vacation.

House Update

Vacation to Branson, head colds & allergies got us bogged down on progress with the house. But, today FIL and I made really good progress and knocked out alot of sheetrock work. We're about 75% done with sheet rock hanging.

Monkey see, monkey do.  Below Jada sees daddy with hammer in nail pouch and gets her own hammer in the holster.

If we see a random nail sticking out 3 feet or lower anywhere throughout the house, we know it was Jada.
